Office Suites of Darien is aware of the impact and concerns surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) as it continues to evolve. We would like to assure you that we are doing all we can to ensure the health, safety and well-being of our clients.
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact daily life, our full focus remains on helping our clients run their businesses. We do so with our clients’ and our employees’ health and well-being as our highest priority.
We are working diligently to take the necessary precautions and steps to ensure a clean and safe environment. Our team is making sure to sanitize high-traffic areas twice a day. Keypads, elevator buttons, kitchens and doorknobs are subject to increased cleaning, as is the rest of our building for everyone’s piece of mind. All staff and management personnel are observing the guidelines mandated by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Our measures include
We have increased the frequency of cleaning during the day, focusing on high touchpoint areas, surfaces, and workspaces to meet global health and safety regulations.
We have taken the principles of physical distancing and adapted them for the workplace. This includes how people move around our building, with clear information, signage and protocols in place to ensure minimal person-to-person contact.
Our building has detailed health and safety guidelines on display in key strategic locations. These guidelines support and remind our visitors and customers of how to conduct business in the safest possible manner.
Our dedicated team is here to support you in running your business in the best and safest way possible.
In order to make sure that our customers can continue to use our meeting rooms in accordance with health and safety guidelines, we have established a meeting room safety protocol. This protocol encompasses the use of spaced seating arrangements to allow for physical distancing and mandatory disinfecting of all surfaces before and after each use.
